AND NOW WE ARE FIVE!!!!

We are so thrilled to announce the arrival of our new daughter Malea! We got the call from our agency today at 11 am. Marc is actually in Idaho on business so we had a conference call and were both able to look at her picture at the same time. I know we are her parents but we think she is beautiful! I am going to put all the info we have on her below and then hopefully be able to upload her picture here if I can figure it out. Kiersten and Maddie will get to see her this afternoon when they get home from school because I want to record their reaction!

Chinese name: Yang Fu Dou

Fu means "good fortune" and Dou means "bean"

DOB: June 26, 2006 (she shares my birthday!) - So she is about 7 months old.

Medical exam at 4 months showed her weight at 13 lbs, height 25 inches.

She was abandoned outside the orphanage when she was 2 days old. She is healthy and no teeth yet!

Orphanage: Chengxiang Social Welfare Institute in the city of Chongqing in Yun Yang County ( south central China)

We hope to travel in 5-8 weeks to go pick her up! Can't wait!!!!!
