For those of you who are interested, I am going to write down our in - China itinerary so you can kind of have an idea of what we are doing every day.
Wed - (3/21) Leave for Hong Kong
Fri - (3/23) Arrive in Hong Kong, maybe spend the day at HK Disneyland
Sat - Hang out, maybe shop
Sun - Tour of Hong Kong and surrounding areas with our travel partners ( 10-15 other families)
Mon - (3/26) Fly to Chongqing.
Tue - (3/27) GOTCHA DAY!! We get Malea and officially adopt her! :)
Wed - Shop for baby supplies, wait for paperwork
Thur - Half day tour of the city ( Chongqing is the largest city in the world)
Fri - Rest and go to Chongqing zoo ( optional)
Sat - Rest and go see a the worlds largest Buddha (that sounds exciting.:). Wait for paperwork.
Sun - go to gov't offices and do lots of paperwork, recieve Malea's passport
Mon - (4/2) Fly to Guangzhou ( where the US embassy is)
Tue - Malea's physical exam and visa photo are taken, shop!
Wed - Go to the US embassy ( I don't know why), shop!
Thur - US embassy to take oath of adoption, shop!
Fri - (good Friday)fly to Hong Kong, LA and then home. We will be ready to be back in our own beds I am sure!
So, as you can see, there is a good amount of "down time" that we can just relax, sleep, shop or do whatever!
Hong Kong right now is about 75 degrees so we are expecting pretty nice weather. Can't wait!

Abby, Congratulations! You are finally there! I hope your trip goes smoothly. We loved Chongqing. I've never heard of a group that didn't go through Beijing but next time we want to see more of Hong Kong than the airport so I'm sure you will have a great time. I hope your whole trip is just magical! I look forward to following your journey.
