Maddie and I went on the second of our "Secret Keeper Girl" dates this weekend. These are "mom-daughter" dates that Kiersten and I did and are just finishing up. The dates all have a theme and teach your daughter something about growing up and preparing her for adolescence. They are alot of fun, especially this one because it involves SHOPPING: one of our favorite pastimes! :)

Maddie's friend Keziah and her mom Heather are also doing the dates so they were able to join us and we took the girls shopping after coffee and they were each given money to pick out an outfit that fits the modesty standards that we had talked about over coffee. They had a great time and it was fun to watch them trying on all their choices and modeling for us!
