One Little Package.....Off to China

Elani within the last month. She may have her lip corrected before we travel but they don't really let you know in advance. She looks like she is getting along pretty well and growing! They actually didn't shave her head before this picture, I hope they decide to let her grow her hair, we need some hair to do cute things with.:)

Care package contents.... Pretty simple because we are discouraged from sending a whole lot due to it possibly getting stolen or not making it to her. I was able to label everything in Chinese and hopefully the disposable camera will come back to us with pics on it from her orphanage. We included a photo album of pics of our family so that she can get aquainted with us... Travel will be here before we know it!

Recieved news from the Chinese Govt that we are now officially "confirmed" as Elani Jia Yi's adoptive parents to be which means that we are allowed to send her a care package now. One more step closer...... Also found out that tickets will be more expensive this time around due to the "Asian games" that are going on in Guangzhou shortly after we travel there. Always something unexpected on this journey but keeps life interesting. :)
