Love Has Come

Here are the four girls wearing their LHC t-shirts, helping us set up the booth. Debbie and a couple girls setting up the tables. Debbie and her husband have been a great help to getting this started. They work at the U of M with Intervarsity Christian fellowship and have helped to set up two orphan homes in Kenya so they have much experience to contribute.

Maddie and her friend Jasmine. Jasmine's parents, Brad and Annet are also helping and they have adopted Jason and Jasmine from Mongolia.

The orphan ministry/outreach called "Love Has Come" has officially been launched! After many prayers and much planning we feel like the Lord is leading us to start this outreach in our church. We are excited to see what happens and where the Lord leads in this. I am so proud of my husband who has done the "lions share" of the work to get this up and running.

Here are a few pictures from the past couple of Sundays at our church. We have had a booth in the lobby to generate interest and get people signed up for our launch Sunday which is today!!

Please check out http://www.lovehascome.com/ to see what our vision is. The website is static while it is being worked on but we hope that by June it will be an interactive site. If you feel led to pray or make donations to help orphans, we would so appreciate it!
